Ha-Ki Energy Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. ABOUT HA-KI ENERGY SYSTEMS
Ha-Ki Energy Systems provides hockey performance training, coaching education, energy mastery principles, and related educational services. Our programs are designed to enhance athletic performance and personal development through the Ha-Ki energy system methodology.

3. USE OF SERVICES
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to participate in programs or use our Services.

Permitted Use
You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when registering
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Use the Services only for lawful purposes

Prohibited Use

4. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
Registration and Participation
All program registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by Ha-Ki Energy Systems
Participants must meet age, skill, and health requirements for specific programs
Medical clearance may be required for certain activities
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified
All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy
Ha-Ki Energy Systems reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment

Cancellation Policy
‍Player Programs: Full refund available up to 30 days before program start date; 50% refund available up to 14 days before; no refund within 14 days except for medical emergencies
‍Coach Certifications: Full refund available up to 14 days before program start date; 50% refund available up to 7 days before; no refund within 7 days
‍Ha-Ki Energy Systems Cancellations: Full refund if we cancel a program

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Assumption of Risk
Participation in hockey and athletic training involves inherent risks of injury. By participating in Ha-Ki Energy Systems programs, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with such activities.

Medical Condition Disclosure
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that could affect their participation. Ha-Ki Energy Systems reserves the right to exclude participants whose conditions may pose risks to themselves or others.

Emergency Medical Treatment
You authorize Ha-Ki Energy Systems staff to seek emergency medical treatment for participants when necessary. You are responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ha-Ki Energy Systems Content
All content on our Website and in our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, methodologies, training materials, and the Ha-Ki system itself, is the exclusive property of Ha-Ki Energy Systems and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
Reproduce or distribute our materials without permission
Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
Teach or implement the Ha-Ki system commercially without certification

User Content
By submitting content to us (reviews, testimonials, photos, etc.), you grant Ha-Ki Energy Systems a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content for promotional and educational purposes.

Coach Certification
Ha-Ki Energy Systems certification programs grant limited rights to use Ha-Ki methodologies and branding in accordance with certification guidelines. Certification does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Trademark Usage
Certified coaches may use Ha-Ki Energy Systems trademarks only in accordance with our trademark usage guidelines and only while certification remains valid.
