Hey there, hockey humans! Name's Frank. Frank the Sasquatch. Yeah, that Frank.
Here's something nobody told you: my family invented your game. Thousands of years ago, on a frozen lake, with carved sticks and a round stone. They found twelve energy secrets out there and painted every one on a cave wall.
Then everybody forgot. Including me. For about 800 years.
One morning I fell into that cave (big feet, long story), and it all came back. So I walked down to the rink, forgot to duck, and told a coach named Pierre everything. He called it HA-Ki.
Now I teach it. I get snacks. I take naps. Energy Circles, baby.
